    Coronavirus (Covid-19) - Reservations & extended cancellation updates at Park International

    We are closely monitoring the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organisation’s statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments. In response to the evolving marketplace conditions, Frasers Hospitality has implemented the following policies for existing and new reservations:

    • Existing Bookings <14nights:

    Waiver of change/cancellation fees for stays before 4th July 2020 *UK ONLY*

    Valid up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Any changes or cancellations after this time will result in the application of charges (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rate booked)

    Bookings made after the 1st May 2020 for any future arrival date(s) – standard product terms, conditions and rate rules will apply

    Terms and conditions applies to direct bookings only.

    •  Existing Bookings >14Nights:

    Bookings >14 nights should contact the Reservations Department on Tel:+44 (0)20 7370 5711 or email: reservations@parkinternationalhotel.com for applicable terms and conditions

    • Postponement Policy <14 nights:

    Unconditional cancellation of any reservation for stays (14 nights or less) till 31 May 2020.

    For peace of mind, if you or your guest/s have booked with us for stays beyond 31 May 2020, you can, if you choose, postpone the stay for up to 12 months, from the original date of arrival if your booking was made on or before the 1st May 2020

    Rates and availability are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please enquire for the most upto date rates when postponing your booking.

    Coronavirus (Covid-19) updates when staying at Park International

    In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitisation measures are currently in effect at this property. Park International’s health & safety measures include hand washing hygiene, hand sanitiser dispensers, high level cleaning specifications throughout all guest and common areas as well as back of house.

    Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Park International is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff and therefore we request you to practice social distancing during your stay. For the foreseeable future, it is important that we work together to support these efforts. As a result, certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable. 

    Gym facility, luggage storage and breakfast buffet at Fraser Suites Queens Gate are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). However, breakfast is still available for you to order prior to your stay. 

    Please note, that Park International’s housekeeping protocol has changed. The property is providing weekly housekeeping service only for stays of 8 nights +. Short stays will not receive any service during these unprecedented times.

    Park International will not accept cash as a form of payment to stop the spread of cross contamination.

    Until the foreseeable future, late check-out will be offered free of charge as we will no longer be able to hold your luggage in the luggage room due to possible cross contamination.
